Every person has a film that changed them. One they watched at the wrong age. One that made them cry in public. One they have seen fifteen times and would never admit to.

The idea is I photograph people strangers, friends, acquaintances, anyone who will let me point a camera at them and ask them one thing. Their name, their favourite film, and briefly why.

Each person gets a few frames on film. One defining portrait. The answer lives alongside it.

100 people. 100 films. Shot on Kodak Vision3 motion picture film the same stock used to make the cinema they love.
